red lentil soup


Red lentil soup   <lunch or dinner>
In keeping with cheap, and easy dishes
Suitable for cold winter days because they contain all the nutrients that provide energy.
The importance of lentils for the ancient Egyptians who know the nutritional value and benefits and put in the tombs of thousands  years before
Total Cooking Time : 40 minutes
Yield: 3 persons
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoon of corn oil
1  onion
1/4Kg  dry red lentils
4 cups of water
salt/pepper/nutmeg
1 tomato
1carrot
1 potato
1/2cup noodles
DIRECTIONS
1. Dice onion
2. In a medium sized pot on high heat, add onion ,lentil ,tomato ,carrot ,potato ,and water
3. Salt and pepper ,
nutmeg  to taste
4. Turn heat down to low. Soup will look a bit like this until it's done cooking
5. After done cooking mix it in a blender
6. put  the oil in a pot and then put the noodles until golden and then put the mixture and left to ripen on the backburner
Then serve warm with green onions and toasted bread
