koshary


Koshary (brown lentil)
Kosheri is one of the most famous dishes in Egypt and can be taken in to the time of the day it contains many of the ingredients and taste delicious
INGREDIENTS
1/4 kg brown dry lentil (put it 2cups water half hour before cooking)
1/4 kg pasta
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 kg Egyptian rice
1/4 cup noodles
3 tablespoon corn oil
3 onions
7 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of white vinegar
1/2 cup of water
Salt , pepper ,ground cumin   
 Shataa (hot pepper)
 DIRECTIONS
1-Dakaa: dressing (garlic mashed + vinegar + ground cumin +salt +water)
2-Put all with some of it is possible to keep it in refrigerator
3-Heat oil and fry 2 onion with a pinch of salt until brown ,
4-fried onion out on paper kitchen
5-In same oil put noodles until golden and put half frid onion and 5 cups of water and put lentil, leave to boil for 5 minutes, after that put egyption rice after washing , put salt ,pepper and cover the pot ,cooking it on high hot 5minuts,and cooking on small hot
6-Cook pasta ,while pasta cooks , add some oil to it
7- in another pot heat oil and put onion when onion are soft add garlic mashed ,and tomato juice and salt and pepper and cooking 5 minutes on high hot put hot pepper if you want
8-in dishes put koshary and above it put pasta and fried onion and progress beside tomato sauce and dakaa
